1. Read the entire recipe before you start

2. Measure all ingredients before starting

Measure each ingredient - also known as mise en place - Make sure you don't forget anything when putting recipes together. I like to save a little time and do this when my oven is warming up.

3. Unless otherwise stated, please confirm your ingredients at room temperature
